Value Tab- Have the list pull items in chronological order.

It would be helpful to have the list be able to pull the medical providers into documents from the value tab in chronological order of treatment rather than in random order.

Neos Icon in a tagged e-mail should have a link to a case.

In a tagged e-mail. it shows an icon that says Neos to show the e-mail has been tagged. It would be great if we could click this to go directly to the case it's tagged to. It would save so much time!

Make the calendar actually work with the new updates that are released.

The calendar was working just fine at keeping the staff calendars selected and in the order they were selected but now with the Aug 13 update, it is rearranging the way they appear, causing more work to correct than it was before. I submitted this...

Add Linked Document Section to Layout Manager

As an option in the layout manager allow users to add the linked documents section (that is on the bottom of records request tab) on any other list tab as a UDF field

Auto tag emails to notes

I wish there was a way for neos to automatically tag emails to a case - even if it could just tag the replies thread to the case in neos instead of having to tag every email every time.

Cloud - Have post & send button in Outlook the same button

When sending an email in Outlook, you currently have to tag the email separately from sending the email. Would like to have the option, like in older versions, where you can just post & send email in Outlook and attach to the case.
