Cloud: Negotiations Tab Shouldn't Require Carrier and Adjuster Information.

You should not have to fill in the carrier and adjuster information each time in the negotiations tab. You should be able to select them from a drop down of some sort that ties back to the insurance/counsel tabs.

Search When Adding Items to Checklist

When adding items to a case checklist, you have to scroll through a list. It would be nice to be able to use a search box to find a specific checklist code.

Neos: Ability to remove permissions to specific reports

Currently in Neos, you only have the ability to restrict access by report category, but not by specific report. This was functionality was available in Needles 5.0 and would be useful to see again in Neos as well.

Notification Center: Clear Notifications

Currently, the notifications center retains all notifications for up to 15 days. We would like the ability to clear notifications. As the system currently is, the new gets mixed up with the old.

Include "Case Name" field in the Message layout

It would be helpful to include Case Name field in the New Message layout as there may be one client for several cases and it would help to identify to which case the message relates.

Provide a way to limit the accounts that appear for users under Debit and Credit accounts when requesting checks

Firms may not want users to have knowledge of or the ability to select certain bank accounts when requesting checks.

Neos - Need to be able to email Birthday cards to specific month date ranges

Currently, the only available method for birthday cards is to export a report and use the CSV to do a Word Mail Merge and print to mail cards. This is needed for email ability. Need to be able to send birthday emails to customers.

All Day Event Display & Untimed Events
