Neos: Certificate of Service Paragraph should include email

The Certificate of service is a very important part of document creation. Each and every document that is filed with the court or served on a party must have the certificate of service. This cuts across ALL jurisdiction.

Drag/Drop files directly into the currently selected case folder, including sub-folders

Add an option to drag/drop files to the folder that is open in Neos rather than or as an alternative to requiring Document Type and Category to be selected

Add in the search filter/criteria for provider association groups for Advanced Search.

Neos: Add a calculator option to the reduction field of the value tab.

We may be given a percentage reduction or another scenario that would require we use a calculator. It would be helpful if the calculator was attached to the field.

Neos: Include Notes and Documents when merging Providers

Unless you look to see if there are notes and/or documents, they are not copied and will be deleted. This is huge when it comes to expert witnesses. Also copy over the notes and documents when merging a provider into another.

Add Multiple Tags to Emails

Some correspondence and attachments just have multiple purposes. For example, a client sends in an update on treatment. I would like to see that in both client correspondence and in medical updates.

Neos - Ability to modify the Case Header

It would be convenient to be able to modify what appears in the Case Header such as adding the First Point of Contact Name and Case Manager/Paralegals name.

Bulk update value code in Time tab

I need to change several time tracking entries from ATTYFEES to TIME. It would be nice to it in bulk.

Remove Inactive Users from the Messaging Dropdown

Inactive Staff Profiles should removed from the dropdown recipients menu on the Messaging interface to prevent accidental messaging to said users.
