Paragraph Feature in Intake Layout should be added to Case layouts

It would be beneficial if you could use the add paragraph text feature from the new intake layouts in the case tab layouts as well. So that if we can add in a script or instructions on each case tab.

Intake Pro Automation Triggers Should Have Multiple Actions

I would like it if the automations in Intake Pro can have multiple actions to the same trigger. Like when the checklist item is set to Done, have it send both an email and a text to the client instead of only one or the other.

Company favorite reports

All reports totaling amount DTF should have the refund subtracted. None currently do this.

When sending the total costs on a case to an attorney during mediation or any other time, refunds should be automatically subtracted to give the correct amount.
