Default to General Notes Tab

We just started using texting and that adds alot to the "all notes" we would like of we could default to the general notes tab. OR, if texts would only be saved to the text message tab and not both text and all notes.

Modify text in Records box (bold, italic, font size)

Being able to bold, underline, etc. would save a lot of time during document generation so that the text could already pull in the correct format.
