New "Related Contacts" button is Read-Only

The new related contacts field in the upper right of a case is great. However, you should be able to click on any of the listed providers and open the contact side-widow to view full contact details, revealing the standard functional contact links...

Email Tag - Search by File Number

It would be nice to be able to change the default search fields when tagging an email to Neos. To be able to search by "File Number" would be very helpful for us. That is the commonly used search number that we use for multiple programs.

Active cases only

When selecting a client with multiple cases, the active one is selected not a closed one. If there are two active cases then a pop up will occur to allow for the selection of the case you want.

Kenect integration should also include birthdate

If it included birthdate we could automate a birthday text to our clients. Great marketing tool that we do not have.

Mass Update: Staff Assignment

I do not want to wholesale replace a staff member. Our firm is growing and I want to re-assign some cases in bulk to a new attorney. There appears to be no way to do this through mass update, forcing me to go to all 200 cases individually to reset...

Addresses should be shown when searching for a provider and Under provider name in Value section.

On behalf of Burnetti P.A Showing address clients would like to see adresses displayed under the provider name in the value section. This would easily allow them to grab this information without switching tabs or searching for the provider.
