DocuSign Intake Action

Neos: We would like to limit who can modify a case once it has been closed.

This is helpful to retain information as it existed at the time of closure and prevent modifications after closure.

ability to select certain value items in a settlement memo

Some bigger cases we get a partial payment. So instead of zeroing each value items that you don't want to include in settlement summary let us select items to include in settlement memo (same situation for Med Pay payments or TTD)

Activity Feed updates in real time

There is a tremendous lag in the updates on the activity feed, 3 to 4 hours in some cases. This tool would be more beneficial if there wasn't as much lag and if it would auto refresh as well.
