Disable option to Open in Outlook when using Send Email from Neos

Our Firm does not use Outlook online and want to have the option to disable the Open in Outlook option in Firm Preferences.

Work Product Identification

A checkbox on documents to easily identify them as attorney work product. Ideally, this would also prevent the document from being emailed out of your firm without certain permissions.

Not allow users/staff to edit or add notes to a closed case.

When searching for cases and a closed case pops up, for there to be an option for a pop up saying that this is a closed case or not allow users to edit closed cases unless given permission.

Calendar Reminder - Add ability to set default value per staff

Default now is "None". If someone forgets to set the reminder, of course they will not receive a reminder. It would be better to have a default reminder.
