Ability to add tags to document in template generation

We can add type and category in template generation, but not tags. It would be nice to be able to tag them at that same time.

Neos Intake: Quick Add does not include Send Email - PLEASE ADD

It would be very important for us to have Send Email capability within intakes such as we have within Cases using Quick Add. Please include this feature with intakes!

Changing email tag in the mini directories

In the Mini Directories under Note Topics, there should be a way to edit email, email received, and email sent. I'd like to put an exclamation mark in front to bring it to the top of the list.
