SaaS - Allow for Admins to set Default Columns for Users

Admin would like the ability to create default columns/column widths for all users in all case types

Would like to be able to create dashboards for multiple staff positions, not just Primary Staff

Would like to be able to create dashboards for multiple staff positions, not just Primary Staff. We would like to see a dashboard report for Staff 2.

Would like Firm Fax Number as a merge parameter.

Fax number is now a field in File > Firm Preferences > Firm Address; however, it is not an option in the merge parameters. Please add this option.

Make the date Calculator calculate by Court Days

Neos - Staff 2 should be listed in Case Search or preview

The Neos case search feature displays case rows and preview, but to access other Staff assigned to cases, you have to enter the case, click on Case tab and scroll down. It would be great to have the ability to show certain staff in the Search rows...
